Delete your ZROOM account

You can request deletion of your ZROOM tenant account and associated personal data using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (recommended)

Open the ZROOM mobile app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (Thông tin).
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm your request. Your account and personal data will be removed from our systems.

If you do not see the delete option yet, use Option 2 below or contact us — we will process your request manually.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email support.zroom@gmail.com with the subject “ZROOM account deletion request”, including the phone number or email address used for your account. We will process it within up to 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Account and profile information (phone number, name, email, avatar, optional profile fields).
App session tokens and push notification tokens linked to your account.
Support tickets, comments, and photos you submitted through the app.
In-app notification history associated with your account.

Note: Some information may be retained briefly if required by law (for example, accounting or contract records held by the building management unit). Contract and invoice records managed by your landlord may remain in their systems according to their legal obligations; deleting your ZROOM account removes your access and app-linked personal data from our platform.
